Sheep Dog of the Day: A sheep in China has allegedly given birth to a rather unusual offspring with the body of a lamb, but the head of a dog.
Farmer Liu Naiying say he found the sheep “licking her newborn lamb,” but upon closer inspection was shocked to find that it looked “like a cross between a sheep and a dog.” “I was a bit frightened,” Liu adds, “as I’ve been raising sheep for 20 years and had never seen such a creature.”
Vets have noted that it’s outside the realm of possibility for a sheep to give birth to a dog, but all their “facts” and “logic” are no match for my desire to own a lamb that looks like a dog.
